Technical Specifications

Custom sorting for color and polymer detection in plastic flakes

System designed to classify plastic flakes according to the type of polymer and its color variations. It incorporates a high-capacity, double-layer vibratory feeder that distributes material evenly in a single layer, reducing overlap and improving process accuracy.

The scan and control modules are hermetically sealed for high dust protection. In addition, the integrated dust control system helps maintain operational stability, performance consistency and reduce downtime.

Its modular vertical frame design, available in 4, 6 and 8-channel configurations, allows the machine to be adapted to different capacities and production needs.

Premium Industrial Inspection System

The sorter combines dual-band InGaAs-SWIR technology and a high-resolution RGB camera for accurate material inspection.

The SWIR system allows polymers such as PET, HDPE, PP, ABS, PC, PS or PMMA, among others, to be identified based on their molecular composition. To ensure stability in high-temperature environments, it integrates air cooling for the InGaAs sensor and halogen lighting system.

The RGB camera, along with high-intensity LED lighting, detects pollutants and subtle color differences, helping to minimize erroneous rejects.

High-performance ejection system

The ejection system is optimized for accuracy, speed, and efficiency in air consumption. Its design enables reliable removal of unwanted material even in high-capacity sorting processes.

Configurations are adjustable for common plastic flake sizes from 3 to 15 mm, making it easy to adapt to different material flows.

15-inch industrial touchscreen for system control

The machine incorporates a 15-inch industrial touch screen with a multilingual HMI interface, designed for simple and quick operation of the system.

It allows instant switching between product profiles and integrates remote support to facilitate performance tracking, online expert diagnostics, and interactive incident resolution.
