Meet your Grün VPM SWIR Sorter from Lauffer Vision Technology

The Grün VPM SWIR is an advanced sorting solution for e-waste treatment plants. It is designed to accurately recover different types of plastics from shredded WEEE, such as ABS, PS, PC, PP and PE, without the need for manual pre-sorting.

Thanks to its dual-band InGaAs-SWIR technology, it identifies polymers from the vibrations of their molecular bonds, allowing plastic fractions with a purity of more than 90% to be obtained for higher value applications in the recycled plastic market.

Customized sorting solution for the recovery of plastics in e-waste

System designed to separate plastics from shredded electronic waste with high precision. It incorporates a high-capacity, dual-layer vibratory feeder that distributes material evenly in a single layer, reducing overlap and improving sorting efficiency.

The scan and control modules are hermetically sealed for high dust protection. In addition, the integrated dust control system helps maintain operational stability, ensure consistent performance, and reduce downtime.

Its modular vertical frame design, available in 4-, 6- and 8-channel configurations, allows the machine to be adapted to different capacities and process needs.

Premium Industrial Inspection System

The sorter integrates a dual-band InGaAs-SWIR camera system, capable of identifying polymers such as ABS, PS, PC, PP and PE, among others, by analyzing their molecular composition.

The system incorporates air cooling to maintain the stability of the InGaAs sensor and halogen lighting system, even in high-temperature work environments.

High-performance ejection system

The ejection system is optimized to combine precision, speed, durability and efficiency in air consumption.

It allows unwanted material to be removed reliably in high-capacity sorting processes. Its adjustable configurations allow you to work with common plastic flake sizes from 3 to 15 mm.

15-inch industrial touchscreen for system control

The machine incorporates a 15-inch industrial touch screen with a multilingual HMI interface, designed to facilitate daily control of the equipment.

It allows you to quickly switch between product profiles and includes comprehensive remote support, with remote access and monitoring, performance data dashboard, expert online diagnostics, and interactive troubleshooting assistance.
