The Grün VPF UV is a premium optical sorter designed for PET recycling processes that require high levels of purity and clarity. Its advanced UV camera system allows the identification and removal of yellowish aging flakes and fragments contaminated with OBAs, reducing defects in the final product.

Customized Sorting Solution for PET Flake Detection

System designed to detect and separate PET flakes with high precision. It incorporates a high-capacity vibratory feeder that distributes material evenly in a single layer, reducing overlap and improving sorting efficiency.

The scanning and control modules are hermetically sealed to protect the machine from dust. In addition, the integrated dust control system helps maintain stable operation, consistent performance, and less downtime.

Its modular vertical frame design, available in 4, 6, 8 and 10 channel configurations, allows the machine to be adapted to different production capacities.

Premium UV Inspection System

The UV inspection system captures fluorescence signals with a resolution of 0.1 mm², allowing defects and contaminants to be detected with high accuracy.

The technology identifies the weak fluorescence of aged PET using UV LED illumination and detects the intense bluish-white fluorescence of scales contaminated with OBAs.

High-Performance Ejection System

The ejection system is optimized to combine precision, speed, durability and efficiency in air consumption.

It allows unwanted flakes to be reliably removed even in high-capacity sorting processes. Its adjustable configurations allow you to work with common plastic flake sizes from 3 to 15 mm.

15-inch Industrial Touch Screen for System Control

The machine incorporates a 15-inch industrial touchscreen with multilingual HMI interface, designed to facilitate daily operational control.
