Custom Color Sorting for Plastic Flakes

The machine incorporates a high-capacity vibratory feeder, which distributes the plastic flakes evenly in a single layer. This reduces material overlap and improves sorting accuracy.
The scan and control modules are hermetically sealed, offering advanced protection against dust and ensuring greater stability during operation.

In addition, its integrated dust control system, proven in real-world working environments, helps maintain consistent performance, reduce unplanned downtime, and improve machine operational availability.

Its modular vertical structure is available in 4, 6, 8 and 10-channel configurations, allowing the solution to be adapted to different capacities and process needs.

Reliable industrial inspection system

The high-resolution RGB camera allows color variations to be identified with great precision, making it easier to obtain materials with a high degree of purity.

As an additional option, the system can integrate NIR camera, capable of detecting aluminum flakes, low-density materials and complex shades such as light yellow or light blue.
